Prices

Prices include all utilities (electricity, heating, water), bedlinen and towels (bath & hand towel per person), wifi and parking.
No extra charge for dogs.
Discount for repeat visitors.
Discount for fewer guests staying in Maes y Ffynnon.
Discount for less adults/more children.
Below are guideline prices, but please enquire when you have potential dates, as prices vary, i.e. peak August prices are slightly higher than July, but some prices are lower due to late availability etc.

Guideline prices per week but please contact us as we normally have deals on the go!:-

Low season (Jan, Feb, March, April, early May, early Oct, Nov, Dec – excluding periods below):
2 people in cottage: £150
6 people in house: £400
8 people in both properties: £500

Mid season (late May, June, Sept, late Oct, half-term holidays):
2 people in cottage: £200
6 people in house: £500
8 people in both properties: £600

High season (July, August, Bank Holidays & Easter, Christmas & New Year):
2 people in cottage: £250
6 people in house: £700
8 people in both properties: £900
